چکیده

Fe is a trace element considered to be essential for rice, and it drives several metabolic processes. toxicity occurs due excessive ions (Fe2+) which, disturb cellular homeostasis dramatically reduces the rice yield. A set of 118 BRILs made from cross japonica cv.’02428’ indica ‘Changhui 891’ was used with high density bin map constructed by using quality SNP identify QTL tolerance. As whole total 23 were identified various seedling traits, 3 under control phenotypic difference ranging 14.21% 62.46%, 11 stress 7.89% 47.39% 9 stressed/control ratio variance 9.17% 183.50%. LOD values 4.05 17.04 in control, 3.41 8.09 2.84 to131.63 stress/control ratio. Shoot length (SL), root (RL), shoot fresh weight (SFW), (RFW), dry (SDW), (RDW), estimate degree Many stable QTL, qSSDW-4, qSSDW-6, qRSDW-4 qRSDW-6 affecting SDW detected beside this some new qRSFW-1, qRRFW-10 qRRDW-1 successfully significantly contributing tolerance rice. The results current study indicated that these novel regions could transferred via markers assisted section pyramiding develop resistant lines

Genetic Structure of Salinity Tolerance in Rice at Seedling Stage

The Oryza sativa L. F8 population derived from a cross between salt tolerance cv. Ahlemi Tarom and salt sensitive cv. Neda was used in the study. Germinated seeds floated on water for 3 d, and after were transferred to float on Yoshida's nutrient solution for 11 d. two weeks after sowing, the seedling was transferred to nutrient solution containing 51.19 mM NaCl (electrical conductivity 6 dSm-1...

Response of Iranian Rice Recombinant Inbred Lines (Oryza sativa L.) to Salt Stress in Seedling Stage

Study of the morphological genetic diversity of 114 lines, which have been derived from the crosses between Tarom Mahalli and Khazar cultivars, has been performed at seedling stage as completely randomized design at the normal condition and salinity stress of 8 dS.m-1 in a hydroponic system. Significant differences were detected between genotypes for all traits. Mean of comparison demonstrated ...

Genetic diversity of Iranian rice recombinant inbred lines at the reproductive stage in normal conditions and salinity

Salinity is an important limiting factor in the production of more plants, including rice. Due to the limited amount of cultivated area, identification of tolerant genotypes to environmental stresses and especially salinity is very important. The aim of this study was to investigate the genetic diversity among 114 recombinant lines derived from the intersection of local Tarom × Khazar cultivars...

Genetic diversity analysis of recombinant inbred lines of rice (Oryza sativa L.) using microsatellite markers

Estimation of genetic diversity is an important factor in germplasm conservation and characterization. In rice breeding programs, genetic diversity information on specific regions of genome can be very useful for the application of marker assisted selection (MAS) and for gene mapping. A total of 152 rice lines were considered for breeding programs using microsatellites (SSR) technique. The tota...

Evaluation of drought tolerance in rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars and recombinant inbred lines

In order to study the adaptation of rice lines to drought stress and to identify the tolerant and sensitive lines, 150 pure lines in RIL population each derived from a cross between two Iranian rice varieties Gharib and Sepidroud were investigated. Augment design based on the randomized complete block design (RCBD) was used with 6 check cultivars and 4 replications in 2013-2014 growing season. ...
